- Engineered a centralized 128x128 Nevion matrix routing all 8 competition mats to dedicated referee touchscreens and online feeds.
- Configured 3 synchronized EVS XT3 servers to log and instantly cue contentious point scoring and submission attempts.
- Managed RF Steadicam and 40ft Jimmy Jib cameras for the grand championship final show court.

Challenge
Mat 4 and Mat 7 had simultaneous contested gold-medal submissions requiring immediate video replay.
Fix
Dual-operator EVS workflow routing isolated angles to separate referee review monitors simultaneously.
Impact: Both decisions resolved in under 15 seconds; broadcast pace was maintained without delay.
